About Kytka “Kit” Hilmar-Jezek
Truly a radical pioneer in parenting and a mover and shaker in life, Kytka “Kit” Hilmar-Jezek is also known as the founder of Waldorf Homeschoolers. Her first book, Reiki for Children was self-published in 2003. She has received accolades from Reiki Healers from all over the globe for finally presenting the concept of Reiki to Children. Kytka has written for various parenting and wellness magazines and her articles and strong opinions have appeared online. She has received awards for her contributions and thousands of letters of support for her strength, speaking and initiatives. The Education Revolution named her into their Hall of Fame. She launched the ReikiKids website and wrote the book Reiki For Children.
Studying with The Universal Life Church she became an Ordained Minister, Reverend, S.O.U.L. Clinic Counselor and Doctor of Philosophy in Religion. Because of her own spiritual intuitions, she also took her family from a vegetarian, to vegan to 100% Living/Raw Foods diet. She recorded her DVD “Raising Kids Raw”. She became a Reiki Master and an Honorary Mayan Shaman.
Her children, having been immersed in all of these alternative methods and views each have their own strong sense of identity and connection of body – mind – spirit. Out of these experiences her son Zachary Alexander Jezek’s first book, written at age 10 called “My Journey To Becoming a Mayan Shaman” was born. The idea of writing the Age of Attraction came to her as a combination of living in the Age of Aquarius, on the cusp of great global changes, 2012 prophecies, cosmic convergences and the like and the popularity and hyper speed growth of quantum physics and the Law of Attraction.
Kit is an incredible woman. She has created incredible abundance in her own life, many times over. She laughs as she shares that she had to do it many times over just to allow it to fall away to remind herself of the Buddhist principles of attachment. To let all of the “stuff” go. She has always been a tireless and hands-on worker in all of the various themes she delved into. She has utilized herself and her children and living examples of the principles she believes in and people who know her personally all share her best attribute – she has always walked her talk. More importantly – she has always and unrelentingly always remained true to her soul purpose.
Her wealth and abundance of the gifted people, the teachers and healers and incredible minds she has interacted with and met along her journey has been a direct result of actively practicing the Law of Attraction and manifesting these great Mentors into her life. A Lifelong lover of learning, she has read over 25,000 books and attended over $100,000 in seminars, often as a guest of the speaker who loves to hear her insight and values her generous recommendations if she believes in what they do.
Kit continuously strives to lead people to new realms of thinking about health, wealth, relationships, a peaceful world and living abundantly and with all of the wonderful power that lies within their most glorious authentic selves. She conveys this with intelligence, humor, facts, personal sharing and baring and a sense of humor and wit. Her goal and passion is to attract the right partners to assist her with putting out into the world all she has gathered from the garden of her own life. She is a serious multi- tasker who sleeps only 4 hours a night and tells you she runs on the high octane of LIFE!
She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful home-birthed, wise, remarkable, empathetic and spiritual children. She attributes a large part of her dynamic ability as an author, speaker and coach and her mastery in her own life, to her experience as a parent who chose to parent from the heart and be an individual versus a part of any group, which we as social beings often prefer.
